We are back home from radiation treatment numero uno. Mom did really well. She is not supposed to be sick or lose her hair or have any other side effects. Yay! Her doctor is getting everything set up for Arkansas, but we don't know any details. She also did physical therapy this morning before we went to St. Vincents, and she is getting stronger every day! God is revealing so much to me and my family during this time. I cannot wait to see what He has in store for us. The phone calls and cards and emails and food people have sent are overwhelming. Please continue to keep us in your prayers!
I had to go by Jasper Wal-Mart on the way home from the hospital. I saw TONS of people that I knew, and I haven't been in that Wal-Mart in forever, so I did not know where anything was! Mass confusion. I also got up at five this morning, which only added to my confusion. I talked to my pregnant friend, Beth, on the way home. (Hey Beth & Olivia!) I feel like a terrible friend since I have only seen her two times since she has been pregnant, but I hope I can see her soon since I am in Jasper so much. When I was in Wal-Mart, I bought some Ghirardelli chocolates for my mom-she earned them today. More updates to come...

Hey Amanda,
Just wanted to let you know that I am just finding out about Rejina. I want you to know that all of us are praying for you and your family. Y'all have always meant so much to us !!! Amber sends her love and prayers also. WE know that y'all have the FAITH to see this through. Please give your MOM our love !!!
Praying for you and sending our love,
Raymond, Penny, Aaron and Amber
thanks penny! we love y'all too! i am in curry during the week so stop by if you get a chance...or i will probably run into you at texaco or gateway! (haha)
(Did you know that Beth lives, like, a street over from where Mom and Steve live? Do you want to know how many times *I* have seen Beth while she's been pregnant? Once. At Olive Garden in Hoover.)
I love you! I'm glad you had a good day yesterday. I would say more but Quinn's eating stuff off of the floor....
This is the pregnant friend...that was funny! It was good to visit with y'all for a little while last night. Brings back lots of memories being at the Keeton house. I miss those days...
Don't feel like a bad friend. Life happens, it happens to everybody and when you add a husband and a house (and soon to be baby) to the mix it just makes it that much harder. I am going to try and start posting stuff on my blog...maybe even today. I ended up going to the doctor this morning. :(
